If you are looking to move your site to our platform, or start from scratch we are here to help! To request a new site, you can fill out and submit a Request for Solution Form. Our website solution is offered alongside other SIPA solutions such as; payments, forms, and other enhancements.
What are the benefits of being on our website platform?
When you join the Colordo.gov infrastructure you have access to a platform with many benefits and tools to empower you and your constituents to stay informed on the latest updates for your agency, local government, county, city, town, or special district! These benefits include:
- A platform that adheres to the state style guide and state guidelines in regards to accessibility
- Dependable cybersecurity to ensure your site is safe for you and your end users
- Free access and management to data management tools such as Google Analytics
- Access to dedicated support through the Partner Support Portal
- No coding knowledge is necessary to build!
What does it look like to have a website project with us?
When your Request for solution has been approved, you will be assigned a Project Manager to help guide you through all the steps for your website solution. Depending on the type of website project requested, this process may look a little different. These projects are classified as Full Support and Limited Support.
Full Support Website Projects
Upon approval of your Full Support Website project, you will receive a kick-off email confirming the information provided in your request for a website solution.
- A call is then scheduled to meet your project manager and to outline the scope and schedule of the project.
- The customer (you) will lead the site build after being provided with hands-on 1-on-1 training.
- During the project life cycle your Project Manager will provide you with support to empower you to build your site within 90 days. This build occurs within a private environment so you can build without worry about the public seeing the in-progress site.
- Once your site is completed it is scheduled to be launched.
- After this launch, you will have 14 days of post-launch support to help you adjust to your site now being live.
- You will also receive access to Google Analytics so you can keep data about who accesses the site.
This option is recommended for individuals who have never built a site on our platform before.
Limited Support Website Projects
Upon approval of your Limited Support Website project, you will receive a kick-off email confirming the information provided in your request for a website solution. The site is then launched and you are given the templated site without content to build in your own time. This is a faster launch turnaround than the Full Support websites, but the site is built after launch rather than prior, and your direct support is limited to the basic functionality of the site. Any support inquiries after the launch of the site will be directed through the Partner Support portal.
This option is recommended for users experienced with our platform.
